It’s easy to sew your own cloth liners!

Do sneezes and coughing scare you? Or do you want a little extra protection for your menstrual cup or tampon? Make your own easy to sew reuseable cloth panty liners for for daily use or for that time of the month. The liners fold into discrete squares for on the go.

I started on Etsy selling cloth liners, including being one of the first to sell a thong liner. Excited to now be offering this highly reviewed easy to sew liner pattern in 3 sizes for you to make your own!

Includes three sizes:
– Regular (7.5″ x 2.5″)
– Long (9″ x 2.5″)
– Thong (5″ x 2.5″)

Designed with extra information for those new to sewing, this a project that you can make if you have basic sewing skills.

This is the same design as the cloth liners I have sold successfully. You may use plastic snaps, metal snaps, aplix or buttons for the closure.
